1. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of work or as otherwise agreed in writing. Any alternative payment arrangements must be approved prior to the due date.
2. Late Payments & Missed Arrangements
A late payment fee of 2.5% per week will apply to any outstanding balance:

After the due date, and/or

When a payment arrangement is missed

This fee will continue to accrue weekly until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
3. Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Bartle 4WD Solutions Limited until full payment has been received.
4. Debt Collection
If an invoice remains unpaid and requires external recovery, all collection costs, including legal and administrative fees, will be added to the outstanding amount and are payable by the customer.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with services or making a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Return Policy
At Bartle 4WD Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our return policy complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) and Fair Trading Act (FTA) to ensure your rights are protected.
1. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

Faulty or Defective Products: If a product is faulty or does not function as advertised, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the CGA.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent and cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photos as evidence.

Not as Described: If a product does not match its description or advertised features, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not have to accept returns if you change your mind. However, at our discretion, we may offer a store credit or exchange if:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

The return request is made within 14 days of purchase.

You cover the return shipping costs.
3. Warranty Claims
All products sold by Bartle 4WD Solutions come with guarantees under the CGA. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

5. Exclusions
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect.

Clearance or sale items (unless faulty or not as described).
